Our Infrared Heaters are designed to produce maximum output in form of heat energy. They are constructed by a firmly burnt-in heating coil. The heater incorporates highly heatproof resistance wire that provides safety against any damage. We supply Custom Wattage Infrared Ceramic Heaters as per the requirement of our clients.

Longer service life is achieved since the resistance of the heaters is made to remain constant over the whole temperature range. The glaze used in this heater has excellent radiation properties therefore the radiation efficiency is also very high. This heater is available with Color Changing Feature as Yellow Ceramic IR Heater (CC FSR).

Our Ceramic Infrared Heaters are available in two standard models
1. Full Length 245mm(FSR) 60mm 250 x 1000W
2. Half Length 122mm (FSR/2) 60mm 125 x 50

Color Changing Infrared Heaters (FSR Series)

This is a special type of infrared heater with color-changing feature. Along with a change in temperature the heater changes its color. This is helpful to the users in a sense that there is a visible indication of the level of temperature reached at any given point of time.
Where there are large IR Heating Panels with hundreds of heaters installed, it is possible and very easy to determine the non-working heaters just by looking at the color of each heater.

This thereby helps in quick & easy replacement of the faulty heater

Super High Temperature Black Infrared Heaters (SHTS Series)

Super high temperature radiators were developed to increase the previous maximum Possible surface rating of ceramic panel radiators from 64 kw/m2 x 77 kW/m2

This radiators, produced using the hollow casting ceramic process, are filled with thermal insulation material and have a special black gaze and a gold-plated back. At an operating temperature of 900°C, over 75% of the electrical energy supplied is transferred to the material to be heated as medium to long-wave IR radiation.

This series radiators are therefore particularly suitable for use in plant construction in which special Solution have to be drawn up for the customer’s specific needs and for applications requiring high Outputs.

The four designs cover the power range from 300 W to 1200 W and have customary market dimensions. Existing IR equipments can therefore be retrofitted with this series radiators.

Medium Wave Quartz Infrared Heater

We manufacture and supply superior quality medium wave infrared heater that consists of a helically wound resistance coil housed in a pure vitreous silica fused quartz tube. The quartz tubing is terminated with ceramic insulating caps that are specially designed to allow the quartz tubing to breathe. The ceramic caps are tightly fastened to the quartz tube with high temperature cement that allows the quartz to breathe. Made of high quality material, these are superior in performance and offer long serving life.

Medium Wave Infrared Heating Modules

Our medium wave infrared heating modules are configured with a resistance wire, which is enclosed in a Quartz Tube of 8mm outer diameter. The quartz tubes are placed parallel to each other and are mounted in a special housing. The size of this heater is such that they can replace Ceramic Infrared Heater.

Twin Tube Short Wave Infrared Module

This is made up of 8-shape high-purity clear quartz twin tube, each tube has Heating Coil of Tungsten material which runs in U shape in the tube which is filled with halogen gas.

  • Power Density up to 150KW/m2 is achieved. Heating up and cooling down time is approximately one second
  • These heaters are available with gold reflector and without reflector
  • Reflector is in the form of gold coating on outer rear side of the tube
  • Due to reflector heat loss from backside is prevented and thus power saving is achieved
  • This also results in making surrounding work area cooler
  • This also increases the efficiency and directionality of the heater
  • There are two standard sizes 11 mm x 23 mm and 15 mm x 32 mm in cross section. Maximum length available is 2000 mm

Fast Medium Wave Infrared Heater

Our twin tube fast medium wave infrared heaters has a filament tungsten wire and this tube is filled with halogen gas. The round ceramic base of this heater has a lead wire of 500mm size (one end or two ends) & it is also configured with lead and insulated wires.

Short Wave IR Lamp

Short Wave IR Lamp transmits heat in the form of electromagnetic waves at a velocity of approximately 3,00,000 Km/Sec i.e., at the speed of light.

These lamps are not only the fastest in transmitting heat but are most suitable for specific applications involving vacuum technology and dust free (clean room) conditions.

Advantage

  • Heating is done by radiation, this eliminates loss of energy used for heating media and heat loss due to convection
  • Here the infrared waves penetrate the material, on which it falls and delivers the heat directly to that material
